All participants, facilitators and staff are expected to interact with one another in a professional, respectful and courteous manner throughout all Training Industry, Inc. learning experiences and related activities.

Conflicts of Interest

Training Industry, Inc. is committed to providing education that is objective, balanced and free from undue commercial influence. Instructors, developers and presenters are required to disclose any relevant financial or proprietary interests related to the content they present before or at the beginning of a learning event. These disclosures help ensure transparency and allow learners to make informed decisions about the information presented.

Privacy of Learner Records

Training Industry, Inc. protects the privacy and security of your learner records. We maintain information such as your registration details, course participation, completion status, certificates and continuing education units (CEUs) earned solely for the purpose of administering our learning programs.

Learner records are stored securely, are accessible only to authorized personnel and are retained for a minimum of seven years. Records are released only to the individual learner or to an authorized third party with the learner’s written consent, unless otherwise required by law. Certificates of completion are typically issued electronically within 10 business days of successful course completion.
