How do I modify my registration?

1. On the TICE website, click the “Already Registered” link under the “Register Now’” button.

2. Enter your email address and confirmation number.

3. Once logged in, click the “Modify Registration” button.

4. Make any necessary modifications.

5. Once you have finished making modifications, save your changes.

What is the registration cancellation policy?

Substitutions:

• A one-time courtesy transfer to another individual is allowed at no charge if requested at least 14 days prior to the start of the event.
• No substitutions will be accepted within 14 days of the event’s start date.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations made at least two months before the conference start date are eligible for a refund, minus a $250 processing fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than two months prior to the event.

Pre-Conference Courses:

• Pre-Conference Certificate Course: No refunds will be provided. A $200 change fee will apply for any transfer, and tuition will be valid toward another program for one year.

Do you offer group discounts?

What are the hotel accommodations?

Book your room at the conference hotel for a reduced rate. Reduced rates are available at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel while rooms last. Rooms will fill quickly, so book now.

Are meals included?

Yes, meals are included in the conference registration package.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

There is an opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions during the registration process. Please note that Training Industry will do everything in its power to accommodate restrictions and allergies.

How do I get to the conference?

• The Sheraton Imperial Hotel is a 4-mile drive from Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
• There is a large free parking lot on-site at the conference hotel.

What are the conference hours?

• The pre-conference Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM™) program begins on Saturday, June 13 at 9:00 AM.
• The pre-conference certificate programs begin on Monday, June 15 at 1:00 PM.
• The official conference kicks off on Tuesday, June 16 at 1:30 PM and will wrap up on Thursday, June 18 at 2:00 PM.

What should I wear?

• We recommend business casual attire for the entire conference. Dress pants or jeans, dresses, blouses, sport coat (tie or no tie – up to you!), are welcome. Conference ballrooms tend to be chilly, so please bring a blazer or a sweater.
• Average temperatures in Raleigh in June range from highs in the low 90s to lows in the upper 60s. The complete conference agenda takes place indoors, which tends to be cool. Be sure to pack accordingly.

How can I request an invoice?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by debit or credit card. If you have more questions or need to pay another way, please email events@trainingindustry.com.

Can I get a one-day only or expo pass?

No. We do not offer a one-day or expo only pass.

How can I see a list of attendees?

Once available, you will be able to view a list of attendees within the mobile app.

What if I am no longer able to attend?

• Please reference our cancellation policy.
• If you are no longer attending but someone will be coming in your place, please let us know by emailing events@trainingindustry.com.

Where can I find a list of exhibitors and sponsors?

All our exhibitors and sponsors are listed on the TICE website.

Session Information:

How can I view the agenda?

You can view the agenda through the event website and the mobile app when it is available. View the agenda here.

Will sessions be recorded?

No. We will not be recording any breakout sessions or keynote presentations.

Can I attend virtually?

No. This event is in-person only. There is no hybrid registration option.

Do you offer SHRM/CPTM/HRCI credits for this event?

Yes, you can earn credit hours for SHRM (14 hours) and CPTM (24 hours) certifications. HRCI credits are not offered for this event.

How do I request my SHRM/CPTM activity IDs?

An email will be sent out after the event. Additionally, you may email events@trainingindustry.com to request activity IDs.

Will there be a mobile app?

The event app will be available for download one week before the event starts. You will receive an email with instructions when it is available to download. The app is a great way to plan your TICE agenda and start networking with other attendees.

Will the presentation materials be available?

Most speakers opt to share copies of their presentation. A link to the presentation slide decks will be emailed to all TICE registrants post-conference.
